3.1To register and maintain an Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.1Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
4.3KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the Platform. Documents typically requested include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method. The Operator's KYC requirements may vary.
4.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers, deposits and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify the Operator promptly of unauthorised access.
Where available, Account balances are displayed in PKR. The Operator does not guarantee that all payment processing steps will occur exclusively in PKR; currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors are outside the Operator's control.
5.1Deposits may only be made using payment methods that are in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Operator reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and close the Account if this condition is not met.
5.2The Platform is designed with awareness of familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure, including mobile wallets and bank transfers. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other financial institutions on this Platform are for contextual familiarity only. The Operator does not represent that these institutions endorse, approve or support gambling transactions, nor that these methods are guaranteed to be available. Actual payment method availability is subject to operator configuration, compliance requirements and any restrictions imposed by the relevant financial institution.
5.3Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion and may also be restricted by responsible gambling tools set by the User.
5.4The Operator reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any deposit, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, before crediting or releasing funds.
6.1Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, clearance of any applicable wagering requirements and the Operator's published withdrawal processing procedures. The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timescales; actual timescales depend on the payment method selected, the User's verification status and any compliance review requirements.
6.2Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. The Operator may require additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
6.3The Operator reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms.
7.1All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion ("Promotional Terms"). In the event of any conflict between Promotional Terms and these general Terms, the Promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
7.2Standard bonus conditions applicable unless otherwise stated in Promotional Terms include:
7.3The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where misuse or abuse is suspected, or where technical or operational reasons require it.
8.1Sports markets, odds and game availability are subject to change without notice. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific sporting event, market or game at any given time.
8.2Bets accepted in error — whether due to technical malfunction, incorrect odds publication or human error — may be voided at the Operator's discretion. The Operator will endeavour to notify affected Users promptly.
8.3In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, the Operator's resolution shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.
8.4Live casino games are provided in real time by third-party game providers. The Operator does not control the conduct of live dealer games or the technical systems of third-party game providers, but takes reasonable steps to ensure that providers meet expected standards of fairness and reliability.

11.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other right or licence is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Operator's express prior written consent.
12.1The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for:
12.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:
13.2On closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via a reasonable payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
13.3Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution survive the termination of these Terms.
14.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific governing law information will be provided to users on request or via the Operator's licensing disclosures.
14.2In the event of any dispute between you and the Operator arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute will be escalated in accordance with the Operator's published dispute resolution procedure.
14.3Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.1The Operator reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to protect the security or integrity of the Platform.
15.2Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
